Up to 99 different cutting lengths. Automatic calculation of the blade thickness and automatic repetitions of the feeder strokes according to the selected cutting length. Working parameters, error messages and related solutions available on the display of the saw. The blade speed, controlled by electronic Inverter, is infinitely variable between 20 and 110 M/Min, allowing to cut efficiently a wide variety of materials.

EQUIPMENT:

After selecting the cutting program and starting the automatic cycle, the sawframe moves quickly to about 15 mm above the material and then starts the cut according to the speed chosen by the user: besides the sawframe speed also the cutting pressure can be adjusted, so as to make it suitable both for solids and for profiles.
After completing the cut, the sawframe goes back 15 mm above the material, the bar is moved forward and at that point the sawframe makes the next cut. This procedure continues until the program has been completed.
