KTECH 352is an automatic double mitre pivoting bandsaw with hydraulic descent of the sawframe that allows an integrated working cycle with NC control on bow rotation, angle setting, material movement, angle setting and vice positionig.
The machine has an easy and intuitive interface that gives the user full access with just few clicks to all its operation through a 10” touch screen display
Main technical features
-Cutting range from +60° to -45°°;
-Cutting capacity up to 305mm (round profiles at 90°);
-Opening vice up to 350mm;
-Blade 3.370x27x0.9mm with 1.8kw power;
-Automatic detection of the first cut with mechanical device;
-Integrated motorized F1200 feeder with ballscrew;
-NC control and programming with 10" touch screen display:
-Controlled axis on feeder movement, sawframe rotation and positioning, vice closing and positioning;
-Automatic control on material size and auto-adjustment of the set cutting lengths;
Industry 4.0
It's possibile to use and manage the machine remotely thanks to the optional "Industry 4.0 Ready - SAWfactory" that includes: connection of the machine to the local network by a datalogger; use of the remote programming software SAWprogram; access to the monitoring web app SAWfactory and teleservice for remote assistance.
