The customer already has XTECH 410 and 630 in his plant and added the automatic bandsaws with automatic parameters XT5 and XT6 to the production line dedicated to realize flanges and fittings made in inox steel: as he tested with XTECHs, our machnes reliability allows him to reach great productivity rates during each shift and have hgh cutting qualilty and maximum precision, accuracy on every piece which are crucial when operating with fittings and flanges.

This reference for an automatic circular saw SIRIO 370 AF-NC with integrated feeder F1200, automatic sliding barloader SLB6000 and cut pieces expulsion device with tilting motorized plate comes from a tube producer in Austria. The customer needed an automatic solution that could improve his workflow by optimizing the working times and increase the number of tubes produced

The customer is a big steel company specialized in supplying a range of metals for construction; to satisfy his needs we agreed on the integrated automatic solutions KTECH 802 with integrated feeder F6000, full management on working cycle by 10” touch screen and unloading sytem with motorized table and laterail expulsion of the cut pieces by a pneumatic moved pusher.

CUBO 300 NC FLAT is the ideal solution for a wide range of production plants, workshops and steel works factories: the customer requested a motorized chips conveyor to remove swarfs during the cutting process of 100-150mm round solid bars made in steel. Initial material length is from 2 to 4 meters so the system is completed by a free rolls table on loading side to support the material.

The customer, a big pipe producer, needed a solution to optimize material clamping during the cut; we realized this special vice self-centering round jaws shaped on the measure (diameter) of the tube. The plant, together with the straight cut double column bandsaw H 820, includes roller tables on both infeed and outfeed for material support during the cutting process.

This importnat steel dealer and warehouse in Hungary asked for this solution to unite the possibility to cut solid bars up to 630mm brought by the former XTECHs with the XT's innovation and state of the art technology: sawframe descend by brushless motor and ballscrew, automatic cutting parameters, internal material library (more than 1200) and the possibility to start a working cycle in few minutes and few clicks thanks to the simple and intuitive interface of the 10" touch screen display.

This cutting solution has been installed in this production factory in northeastern France to cut frames and tubes before the welding process and includes:

  • Automatic warehouse with 10 loading station and 2 saddles for 6 meters bars and beams
  • Unloading system with laterail expulsion
  • The user can set an expulsion after every cut or when the motorized roller conveyor is full.
