Semiautomatic bandsaws for big size tubes
H 820 is the semiautomatic double column bandsaw suitable for straight cuts with hydraulic bow movement. The machine is an affordable working tool for carpentry works able to cut pipes, tubes and solid materials. H 820 offers high cutting performances thanks to its 5° canted blade during the entire process.

Sawframe with big structure
H 820 is equipped with an electrowelded bow, great thickness and tubolar section to help reduce vibration, binding and slowing during the cutting process. Sawframe movimentation is perfectly balanced because is on linear guides and guaranteed by the large diameter of the hydraulic cylinder.
Canted blade
H 820 blade has a 5° inclination to have a better performance while working: inclination allows to have a better peneatration during the process, reducing the blade strain and saving band-life to optimize the machine workflow.
Blade tensionin
The machine also have (like all the IMET bandsaws) a high blade tension (2000kg/cm2) to increase performances on every kind of cuttting process, even on bigger and wider section and full materials.
Blade cleaning
The machine mounts a motorized cleaning brush with nylon teeth, allowing to remove residuals and remainings in the cutting area and on the blade.
Blade guides
Registrable blade guides in metal pads and bearings. The mobile blade guide is automatically being kept next the cutting area.
Laser detecting system
H 820 uses a laser detecting system to detech the material before cutting and to relieve the first and end cut point during the sawframe descending and ascending.
Vice
H 820 has an hydraulic horizontal vice sliding on the working area to perfectly lock the cutting material.
Panel control
The mobile panel control gives the operator full control on the entire working process and it allows to set and modify all the main operative settings like blade speed and sawframe feeding speed, material penetration. The panel is also equipped with LCD control light.
Minimal lubrification system (Optional)
It is possible to require, for all Imet machines, the minimal lubrication system , it avoids the dispersion of refrigerant liquid typical in the use of emulsifiable oil, the life of the blade is not in any way affected.
Blade deviation control (Optional)
It's available the blade deviation control with stopping system in case of breakage to optimize cutting and working process.
Laser ray (Optional)
It's available a laser ray to optimize cutting process by pointing the cutting line
Free rolls roller table (Optional)
Loading and unloading roller table with free rolls, equipped with 3 vertical containment rolls. Single module length: 2m.
