Chain barloader

The automatic warehouse is a loading device for bars and profiles; it’s a fully customizable and integrated system developed by our engineering team for automatic bandsaws. The warehouse allows to load many bars at the same time (number depends on customer’s preferred configuration) and it’s managed and controlled by independent consolle coordinated with machines CNC to create an integrated cycle that optimize the user professional workflow.

The warehouse is made by a modular structure with adjustable loading cells for bar with different sizes. The system uses motoreducer while sliding are provided by rack and pignons.

Material blocking system stop the bar with two horizontal rollers while a vertical rollers system provides for material alignment.

The number of loading stations (each divided by vertical pegs) is customizable depending on the user’s needs and the productivity he needs to have.

Once the bar is in position (two photocells read the position), a milling group with 2 horizontal rollers covered with vulkollan push the material inside feeder vice.

NC panel control (mounted on independent consolle) optimze the material loading management up to the correct posistioning in the feeder.

Loading system is sinchronized and works together with bandsaw controller to create an integrated cycle made by bar loading, material feeding, bow movment and sawing.

The user can choose between metallic grilled protection or metallic grilled protection plus safety photocells for maximum operator security while the system is working.

Gravity barloader

SLB 3000-6000 (available with length of 3000mm and 6000mm) is an automatic sliding barloader managed by the machine CNC and compatible with all the Imet automatic circular saw (Sirio 370 AF-NC and VELOX 350 AF-NC) to process tube bars with a section between 20mm and 90mm on round, 80x80mm maximum on square tube and 50mm of diameter on solid bars.

RIgid and resistant structure made with metallic welded and screwed profiles.

Frontal part of the roller table is protected by carter made with tubolars and perforated metal sheet.

Back part allows to access the unloading slide (which inclination can be regulated) with depth is 750 mm.

It’s available an adjustable superior guide for small diameters (from 10 to 20 mm).

Once a bar has been processed, another bar is lifted up from the slide by supports managed by a pneumatic cylinder and it’s transferred on the feeding roller table.

A motorized wheel provides for loading the bar inside the feeder vice and block it; once the bar is placed in the right position, the wheel goes back to its original posistion.

The cycle restarts with the first cut, then with the set cutting process.

Bundleloader

Bundle loader is a loading system managed by machine CNC and it’s dedicated to use bundle of tubes and bars with automatic circular saws. The loader allows to use materials with a 2000 mm minìmum length and it’s available in two version: up to 6m or 12m.

The bundle loader is made by a structure with 5 supporting posts and a single loading belt with a total capacity of 4000 kg (for the standard 6m version).

Material loading is possible thanks to 5 loading lever managed by hydraulic motor; Belt lifting is provided by motor and reducer: once the the bundle is lifted up, the material is deposited on the horizontal tracks that provide for its movement to the anti-overlap system.

To avoid the possibilty that the bar could be overlapped and loaded at the same time, there are 5 control sensors with regulation of the anti-overlapping system throught two handwheels.

Both belt rising and descending system is provided by micro-switch, while central regulation allows to change the diameters of the material that must be used.

Loading capacity for round tube is 12 mm minimum, 120 mm maximum; squadre tube min. capacity is 12x12mm, maximum 110x110 mm, rectangular 120x100mm.

Bundle loader is a usefull tool that can optimize the working process of the Imet automatic circular saws SRIO 370 AF-NC e VELOX 350 AF-NC. Thanks to the CNC system, it’s possibile to load bundle up to 6000 mm.

Longest compatible bundle length upon request is 12 meters.

Tilting unloader

The automatic tilting unloading system allows to separate the pieces cut to size from scraps and trimming cuts via a motorized table which, by tilting to one side or the other, ejects the cut material. This solution is suitable for tubes, box sections, profiles and solids and is compatible with our automatic NC machines. The ejection device can be customized according to the required cutting length.

The expulsion of the piece occurs by overturning the table to divide cut pieces: on one side scraps and trimming, on the other the material cut to size.

Integrated working cycle: material feeding, cutting to size, expulsion. Each cut corresponds to an inclination of the expulsion device.

Programming of the ejection cycle via the machine's touch screen display with selection of cutting lengths and setting of the ejection side for trimming/scraps and for pieces cut to size.

The device can be integrated with any automatic loading warehouse (SLB, bundle) and with the option for Industry 4.0 connection (Industry 4.0 Ready - SAWfactory) that gives the user the possibility to manage the cutting system remotely.

Unloader with lateral ejection

Compatible with both a free rolls table, motorized table or with a motorized belt, the cut piece unloading device with lateral expulsion allows the material to be deposited on a collection table via a pushing system composed of a sheet metal moved by pneumatic/hydraulic cylinders. It is possible to set the cycle with ejections of each piece (one cut = one expulsion) or by setting the discharge only after the roller table has been filled; the programming interface is that of the sawing machine.

The pushing system acts through pneumatic cylinders and sheet metal which pushes the cut piece towards the selected unloading side

Cycle with simple expulsion without motorized roller conveyor/belt: each cut corresponds to an expulsion of the material via lateral push. The material advances along the unloading roller conveyor pushed by the sawing machine's advance carriage.

Expulsion cycle with motorized table: the lateral pusher will only come into operation when the roller table is full. Trimming and final scrap are transported to the end of the roller conveyor, the pieces cut to size align along the table and then be pushed laterally.

Possible expulsion of the cut material in different stations along a motorized belt or a central roller conveyor; with the belt, scraps and trimming are brought to the end of the table while multiple devices eject the cut pieces based on the programmed measurements.

The movements of the advance, cutting and ejection carriage are synchronized and programmed via the sawing machine's touch screen interface.

The lateral push unloading system is compatible with all Imet automatic saws.

Unloader with motorized belt

The belt unloading system is composed of a 0.55KW motorized table to move the material after cutting. Length and width of the carpet can vary according to needs (cutting lengths, dimensions of the bar being processed). The carpet can be integrated with a lateral ejection device.
