XT and KTECH - The best sawing technology on the market

XT4 / Automatic double column bandsaw for mechanical industry - Ready to cut in few minutes and clicks on the 10" touch screen thanks to the automatic parameters system with internal material library, XT gives to the user high cutting performances, reliability even when production demands requires a 24th production cycle. The machine has a double sawframe structure with 3mm thickness, descent by brushless motor and ballscrew, hydraulic driven blade guides.

KTECH 502 F2000 / Full automatic bandsaw for structural steel - In EMO we will show a model that includes the Deluxe Pack that includes the sawframe descent with brushless motor and ballscrew, controlled axis on the mobile blade guide and unloading device with autoadjusting system based on material size and cutting angle/length. The machine includes also automatic cutting parameters: the user will set the shpae (tube, profile, H-beam, IPE) and material on the 10" display, insert cutting angles and lengths, the machine will automatically calculate the best cutting performances with optimized sawframe speed for each material section. ||
